My coaching is solution focused, meaning that we’ll focus on moving you towards your desired outcome. It’s strength based, action oriented and YOU drive the process.
You must commit to doing the work. You’ll also need to be consistent, open and honest about your situation in order to grow and to develop a clear plan to address your issue.

Participate in Discovery Session
Await my call at the time you scheduled. On the call, we’ll talk about what you want out of coaching and determine whether we’re a good fit. If you wish to work with me, you’ll choose a package and schedule the next session.
Be Present for Sessions & Do the Work
Be available for weekly scheduled calls, complete homework worksheets, honestly reflect on your progress and be committed to your goals.
Prepare for Follow-Up Session
Complete follow-up session worksheet. Be ready to share triumphs and successes. Assess your growth and achievement of your goal and express any insight hoped to gain from challenges.

Intensive Package – 5 Sessions
$498 (2 payments of $249)
If you’re clear on your goal and ready and committed to achieving your goal, this package may be right for you.
4 weekly sessions for 45 minutes each. Coaching includes: initial assessment, defining the problem, goal setting, assessing your current situation, exploration of possibilities and development of action plan, evaluating your progress and working through any issues/challenges that can inhibit you from reaching your goals. Email support provided during the coaching program. You’ll receive a follow up 30 minute session at a scheduled time of your choosing.
Extensive Package – 9 Sessions
$896 (4 payments of $224)
If you need more time and support assessing, reviewing and analyzing your progress, this package may be right for you.
8 weekly sessions for 45 minutes each. Coaching includes: initial assessment, defining the problem, goal setting, assessing your current situation, exploration of possibilities and development of action plan, evaluating your progress and working through any issues/challenges that can inhibit you from reaching your goals. Email support provided during the coaching program. You’ll receive a follow up 30 minute session at a scheduled time of your choosing.

Are there any clients you won't work with?
Yes. If you’re diagnosed with a mental health disorder and would benefit from therapy, then I would not coach you. Instead, I would assist you in locating a therapist in your area if you so desire.
Do you work with couples?
No, I work with individuals only in coaching sessions.
What process do you use in your coaching?
In my coaching I use the process of defining the problem, establishing a goal, assessing your current situation, generating alternatives to the problem and considering the consequences of each possible solution, targeting best solutions and committing to action steps as well as evaluating progress made and assessing challenges. And importantly, throughout this process holding you accountable to the goal you set for yourself.
Do you accept medical insurance?
No, I do not accept medical insurance.
How many sessions do I need?
Clients typically do not need more than 10 sessions, and often times less than that. That being said, it’s hard to determine the amount of sessions you’ll need without knowing your specific circumstances.
Can I cancel in the middle of a coaching package?
Yes, you can cancel if you wish by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any remaining sessions that are not scheduled within 24 hours, will be refunded to you at a prorated rate.
What are your payment terms?
For the Intensive Package, the first payment of $249 must be received before the start of coaching. An invoice will be emailed for the remaining $249 after the 1st session and payment must be received within 10 days.
For the Extensive Package, the first payment of $224 must be received before the start of coaching. The remaining 3 invoices will be emailed biweekly after the 1st session and must be paid within 10 days.
Do you have set hours for coaching sessions?
No, I try my best to accommodate each client’s schedule. I typically schedule sessions between 4am and 4pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Saturday. I usually don’t schedule sessions on Sunday, but can make exceptions at times.
Must I have weekly sessions?
I believe it’s best if we schedule sessions weekly to stay consistent, however if you prefer we can schedule biweekly sessions.
What if I don't want to purchase a package?
You can pay for individual coaching sessions at a rate of $150 per 45 minute session which must be paid before the session. You can state during the Free Discovery Session that you would prefer to pay per session.
